Postdoc Fellows Albert Ruiz-Sorribas and Marc Iglesias-Fernandez attend the 36th Congress of the European Society of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases (ESCMID Global 2026) in Munich (Germany).
Albert Ruiz-Sorribas and Marc Iglesias Fernandez have just attended the 36th Congress of the European Society of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases (ESCMID Global 2026), held in Munich (Germany) from the 17th to the 21st of April, 2026.
ESCMID Global is one of the premier annual congresses in the fields of infectious diseases and clinical microbiology, covering from workshops on best practices in infection prevention and control to expert discussions on integrating artificial intelligence advancements into clinics.
During the conference, both researcheres presented their work derived from the BAMBBI project:
